We cover THR Southwest Hospital, THR Clearfork Hospital, and the Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center, all within 10 minutes of each other along the Chisholm Trail Parkway.</p>\n<p><strong>Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Average partner compensation $600,000 (will start with a $550,000 guarantee)</li>\n <li>Collaborative care-team model with opportunities for solo posting</li>\n <li>Minimal daily travel between facilities</li>\n <li>Flexible, equitably shared time-off model</li>\n <li>Balanced scheduling with shift-trading flexibility</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Case Types:</strong>Total joints, ortho spine, general orthopedics, vascular, OB, GYN, urology, general surgery, and plastics.
