This role will focus on strengthening brand presence and driving strategies to grow the audience, increase engagement and overall content performance. This role will work closely with relevant cross-functional teams (i.e. Brand Partnerships, Influencer Relations, Events, Buying, etc.) to create and execute social strategies that support key brand initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Major Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p>● Work closely with the Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy as well as the Owned Brand and FWRD cross-functional teams to establish an annual social calendar that includes all of key commerce initiatives, brand initiatives and events&nbsp;</p><p>● Develop detailed social media campaigns supporting key brand initiatives and launches across FWRD and select Owned Brands&nbsp;</p><p>● Establish evergreen messaging and creative strategy for Instagram and TikTok&nbsp;</p><p>● Ensure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent across channels and aligned to each channels&rsquo; evolving brand identity&nbsp;</p><p>● Write compelling, on-brand copy that fits the specific goals of each initiative and suit the nuances of each channel&nbsp;</p><p>● Manage the day-to-day posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality and cohesion&nbsp;</p><p>● Work closely with Influencer Relations team to develop and continuously evolve a program of influencers and brand ambassadors that support select channels&nbsp;</p><p>● Work closely with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure excellent social integration and support for events and marketing campaigns&nbsp;</p><p>● Develop / Execute / Iterate audience growth strategies for FWRD and select Owned Brand channels&nbsp;</p><p>● Participate in creative brainstorms / ideation sessions with larger Content Team to keep creative / content capture fresh and ever-elevating&nbsp;</p><p>● Work closely with Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and Analytics Team to assess content / strategy performance and provide iterations, bi-weekly and monthly (Bi-Weekly Team Meeting and Monthly Content Recaps) ● Quarterly competitive research to identify new opportunities&nbsp;</p><p>● Shoot content for social; as needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required competencies:</u></strong></p><p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p><p>● Expertise in Instagram and TikTok, a must&nbsp;</p><p>● Passion for fashion, beauty and pop culture&nbsp;</p><p>● Strong knowledge of trends within the fashion and luxury space&nbsp;</p><p>● Excellent copywriting skills&nbsp;</p><p>● Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</p><p>● Strong collaborator, communicator and team-player&nbsp;</p><p>● Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling&nbsp;</p><p>● Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assets&nbsp;</p><p>● Experience in social content creation (photo, video)&nbsp;</p><p>● Understands the importance of performance data and possesses a strong ability to analyze and synthesize the data into actionable plans&nbsp;</p><p>● Facility with social listening and analytics tools&nbsp;</p><p>● Proficiency in project management and social tools a plus (Airtable, Dash Hudson, Asana, etc.)&nbsp;</p><p>● Strong knowledge of influencers in the luxury space&nbsp;</p><p>● Flexible with a positive attitude and willingness to learn</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>● 2-3 years of social media experience</p><p>● Expertise in Instagram and TikTok; Strong knowledge of YouTube&nbsp;</p><p>● Strong knowledge of the influencers and brands that are carried on FWRD and REVOLVE&nbsp;</p><p>● Experience with paid social campaigns&nbsp;</p><p>● Bachelor&#39;s degree a plus</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. &nbsp;At REVOLVE we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
