    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Revenue Cycle Patient Solutions Specialist plays a key role in supporting patients with their financial responsibilities by providing guidance, resolving inquiries, and educating them about self-pay processes. This position focuses on patient support, payment resolution, and contributing to a positive experience across the revenue cycle.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to patient inquiries related to balances, statements, and payment options.</li>\n <li>Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibility, including co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance.</li>\n <li>Monitor and follow up on outstanding self-pay accounts.</li>\n <li>Process adjustments and escalate issues as needed.</li>\n <li>Accurately complete detailed tasks as assigned.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns and billing discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Ensure all communication meets quality, compliance, and customer service standards.</li>\n <li>Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.</li>\n <li>Meet individual productivity and quality metrics.</li>\n <li>Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>2+ years of experience in healthcare billing and collections. </li>\n   <li>Experience in all aspects of Healthcare AR Follow-up. </li>\n   <li>Experience in Behavioral, Mental Health, or Substance Use Disorder billing preferred. </li>\n   <li>Understanding of insurance benefits and reimbursement. </li>\n   <li>Proficient in medical terminology, HIPAA and other critical governmental regulations. </li>\n   <li>Organized and detail oriented. </li>\n   <li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. </li>\n   <li>Ability to comprehend various insurance documentation, analyze, and reconcile accounts and follow detailed procedures in an organized and efficient manner. </li>\n   <li>Superior communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. </li>\n   <li>Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, billing software). </li>\n   <li>Experience with Qualifacts Carelogic a plus. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Education</strong>:\n  <ul>\n   <li>High school diploma required</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS AND PERKS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>PTO (Paid Time Off) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Immediately vested and eligible in 401k program with employer match.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year in related field  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment dedicated to your professional growth and development. </p>",
