Keep reading to learn about the role’s essential functions, and preferred skills and experiences: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring Ideas to Life: Help design, plan, and execute dynamic, interactive events – from culinary center trainings to immersive ranch visits and everything in between.</li>\n<li>Own the Details: From agendas and logistics to attendee coordination and follow-up, you’ll ensure every touchpoint feels seamless and intentional.</li>\n<li>Stay Ahead of the Curve: Infuse every program with creativity and innovation – keeping our events modern, relevant, and engaging for all audiences.</li>\n<li>Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, culinary, meat scientist and leadership teams to tailor events that drive key business objectives and deepen partner relationships.</li>\n<li>Own Your Budget: Track and manage budgets for your events, ensure smart, intentional decisions and impactful spending.</li>\n<li>Drive High-Impact Projects: We have a variety of impactful initiatives in the pipeline – based on your unique skills and interests, we’ll shape part of the role to fit and grow with you.</li>\n<li>Support the Whole Team: Pitch in where needed. We’re a tight-knit group that thrives on flexibility, collaboration, and a whatever-it-takes mindset.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span> Must be willing and able to travel (car or airplane), up to approximately 20%. May require overnight travel and/or weekend work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> This in-office position is located in Wooster, Ohio.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Experience</span>: Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, in marketing hospitality, communications, agriculture, or a related field; and/or</li>\n<li>Two to three years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or customer-facing roles.<br></li>\n<li>A background in or genuine interest in agriculture and the beef industry – whether through formal education or life experience – is a big plus.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doer and a thinker – able to juggle big-picture strategy and minute-by-minute details without missing a beat.</li>\n<li>Thrive in fast-paced environments, keeping multiple projects and events moving with ease and energy.</li>\n<li>Approach each event as an opportunity to drive results and know how to build a timeline.</li>\n<li>Excellent communicator – clear, thoughtful, professional – and always tuned in to what people need.</li>\n<li>Collaborative, adaptable, and able to pitch in wherever needed to make the team successful.</li>\n<li>High level of organization, creativity, and problem-solving</li>\n<li>Genuinely enjoy working with others and supporting sales goals through unforgettable experiences.</li>\n<li>Passionate about hospitality, obsessed with details, and enjoy great bites of the best beef.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Still excited?
