With a presence in over 30 countries, BGA staff provide bespoke services to clients across the region.</span> We seek a talented, highly motivated intern to be a part of our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">India </span>team.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The candidate should be motivated to help the world’s premier companies understand India, and support our team in considering the ideas and capabilities of top-tier companies that want to invest in India.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline\">Position Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide research support for BGA India relating to politics, economics, policy, regulatory, international trade, strategic communications, and business intelligence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and edit articles, briefings, profiles, presentations, memos, research papers, event handbooks, and other materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Aid in the development of country-specific news updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor relevant news items for sector-specific developments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with data input and other administrative tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; text-decoration: underline\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We seek a collegial, highly motivated self-starter who intrinsically understands and values the importance of people and relationships to business success and growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive and understand how to effectively investigate, analyze, and convey critical insights and information on India's business policy environment and political economy in clear and succinct language. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications include: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Education: </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree prior to applying; candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree are not eligible.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work Experience: Up to one year of relevant experience in government, multinational corporation, journalism, and/or consulting is preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated experience in or passion for research and writing is strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong editing and verbal communication skills in fluent English are required.
