As we continue to grow across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, we are looking for a strategic leader to protect and evolve our identity, ensuring our stories reach the right ears, and our mission resonates with every community we connect with.</p>\n<p>Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will lead the development, execution, and governance of Orange Sky’s brand strategy. You will be the guardian of our reputation, a mentor to our creative talent, and the architect of how we present ourselves to the world.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In a nutshell, the Brand and Communications Manager will:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Lead with Vision &amp; Purpose</span></p>\n<p>You aren't just managing a brand; you’re leading a team. You will provide strategic direction and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a high-performing environment where creativity meets strategy. From managing budgets to monitoring brand performance data, you’ll ensure our resources are used effectively to maximise impact and keep our mission moving forward.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Guard the Identity &amp; Reputation</span></p>\n<p>Consistency is key to trust. You will oversee brand governance, acting as the guardian of our visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging. You’ll be proactive in managing brand health and audience sentiment, and when challenges arise, you’ll lead with a cool head, developing crisis communication strategies to protect the integrity of the Orange Sky brand, and our people.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Craft the Experience</span></p>\n<p>You will bring the brand to life through compelling communications and brand-led campaigns. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure that every touchpoint feels authentically \"Orange Sky.\" You’ll guide the evolution of our brand across both countries, and ensure our programs are positioned for success in a passionate, but busy sector.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Convinced this is the role for you? You’ll have <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5+ years of experience</span> in brand management or communications, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex processes. You are a natural relationship-builder who can engage everyone from Co-Founders to frontline volunteers.
