    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>About The Role</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Assist in repairs and modifications to trucks and trailers.</span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin:12.0pt 0in 0in;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:square;\"><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0in .25in;\"><span>Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0in .25in;\"><span>Performs proficiently in all areas of wire feed welding, air arcing, cutting with a torch, cutting with a handheld plasma.</span></li><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0in .25in;\"><span>Read and interpret trailer blueprints, schematics for air, electric and hydraulics with little or no supervision.</span></li><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0in .25in;\"><span>Has acquired a working knowledge of all TK trailer operations and functions.</span></li><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0in .25in;\"><span>Adheres to and understands TK quality control standards.</span></li><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0in .25in;\"><span>Assists with the instruction and training of Service Technician I.</span></li><li style=\"line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0in .25in;\"><span>Operates truck and is familiar with standard truck operation.</span></li><li style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif;\">Performs other duties on assigned trailer or truck with direction<span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;\">.&nbsp;</span></span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin:12.0pt 0in 0in;\"><span><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></span></p><p><span>Achievement of a Welder I, Welder II or Service Technician I or completion of required skills. Ability to work and interact effectively with other departments. Possess a working knowledge of electrical, air and hydraulic systems and schematics.
