This national team has earned an exceptional reputation through its successful delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects in Canada.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as project manager, structural lead and designer for engineering assignments</li>\n <li>Attend site visits related to pre-design information gathering, construction and post-construction review</li>\n <li>Coordinate work with clients and other disciplines including highway/road, electrical, drainage and environmental planning</li>\n <li>Analyze and evaluate appropriate design solutions and design of transportation structures including bridges, culverts, retaining walls and foundations</li>\n <li>Provide direction to project team members and support staff through verbal and written instructions</li>\n <li>Direct CAD team for drawing preparation and review deliverables before submission to the client</li>\n <li>Conduct business development activities to secure new projects by client liaison and proposal preparation</li>\n <li>Prepare and review technical reports, tender documents and cost estimate</li>\n <li>Provide tender evaluations and/or construction engineering services</li>\n <li>Work within assigned project budgets and schedules</li>\n <li>Business development and proposal preparation</li>\n <li>Supervise and mentor junior staff concerning project work&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
