Description Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Oracle Technology Cloud solutions within the Civilian sector, identifying key opportunities and aligning Oracle offerings with agency priorities. People Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology cloud sales professionals, establishing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, territory planning, and execution to consistently achieve and exceed business objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior DHS and Civilian sector decision-makers, contracting officers, and technical stakeholders to understand mission requirements and technology modernization goals. Technology Solution Leadership: Partner with solution engineering, architecture, and product teams to position Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Technology Cloud solutions that address security, compliance, performance, and mission-critical requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, contracting, and delivery teams to support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes. Industry Expertise: Stay informed on DHS / Civilian priorities, budgets, modernization initiatives, cloud adoption trends, and competitive market dynamics. Qualifications / Experience 5+ years of technology sales management experience, preferably focused on cloud infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology solutions. 3+ years of experience working with U.S. federal government clients, preferably within DHS / Civilian or related sectors. Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in complex, regulated environments. Proven ability to build and execute strategic sales plans while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong track record of driving team performance, talent development, and business growth within highly regulated markets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. Skills & Knowledge Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes, contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQs), and compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise technology solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Technology Cloud offerings preferred. Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required (e.g., Secret or Top Secret).
