This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices to ensure operational excellence and alignment with the company's goals and objectives. The Zone Director of Operations will work closely with regional and local management teams to drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Your Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.</li>\n <li>Ensure that resources, including personnel, are allocated effectively.</li>\n <li>Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.</li>\n <li>Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards</li>\n <li>Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and ensure high standards of customer service.</li>\n <li>Streamline workflow and implement best practice to improve efficiency and increase productivity.</li>\n <li>Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and manage performance.</li>\n <li>Identify and implement solutions to address operational challenges and opportunities. </li>\n <li>Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Leverage technology and automation to optimize processes and increase productivity.</li>\n <li>Lead the implementation of new processes, technologies, and strategies</li>\n <li>Ensure that departments work together seamlessly to achieve common goals.</li>\n <li>Facilitate the sharing of information and resources between departments.</li>\n <li>May coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. /B.A. in business, healthcare, or related discipline, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master’s Degree in same preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum five years’ experience with profit/loss accountability in multi-site service industry required.</li>\n <li>Minimum three years’ experience in health care management required. Experience managing a clinical organization preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with supervision of employees and with annual revenues of at least $5 million preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum five years’ experience in orthotics & prosthetics industry preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 8 years’ profit and loss accountability in a multi-site health care setting preferred</li>\n <li>Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Additional Success Factors</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others. </li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines. </li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, make well thought out decisions, and take decisive action.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze operations and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in order to develop a Zone strategic plan/vision.</li>\n <li>Flexibility/adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of multi-site operations managed from central location.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and manage quantitative business and financial information.</li>\n <li>Required to be proficient in Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>\n <li>Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.</li>\n <li>Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.</li>\n <li>Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.</li>\n <li>Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.</li>\n <li>Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Remote:</strong> Pay range of $110,000- $160,000 (or salary range)  + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.
