Introduce and clearly explain all available insurance policy options to the clients.</li>\n <li>Conduct field underwriting with utmost integrity.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all medical and other necessary forms are filled out and submitted.</li>\n <li>Arrange a payment method with the applicant.</li>\n <li>Follow up on claims filed by clients.</li>\n <li>Process all insurance policy requests.</li>\n <li>Follow up with clients on scheduled basis for outstanding support.</li>\n <li>Establish and support team members to hit agreed upon KPIS.</li>\n <li>Become a subject matter expert in senior insurance solutions.</li>\n <li>Follow approved guidelines, training, and support to recruit and train a team of insurance professionals.</li>\n <li>Maintain a competitive, fun, inclusive environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hear From The Team</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive drive and winning mentality</li>\n <li>Unparalleled work-ethic and grit</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt and learn quickly.</li>\n <li>Availability to start within a maximum of 6 weeks.</li>\n <li>Previous leadership experience a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*Compensation is highly customizable, and should be discussed directly with the onboarding manager. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>USD $50,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.",
