      "text": "What You'll Do ",
      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Respond to incoming communications, queries and requests for sales operations and commissions related information and updates. Escalate more complex issues to appropriate contact.</li>\n<li>Support the Incentive Compensation team by gathering, scrubbing and organizing data.</li>\n<li>Administer monthly commissions process. Set up and deliver commission and bonus statements, respond to related questions and resolve standard issues.</li>\n<li>Write, update and maintain team SOPs. Make suggestions for process improvements and efficiencies.</li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of solutions that will leverage system capabilities to improve sales and commissions processes and productivity and HR data and programs.</li>\n<li>Assist with change management processes. Support communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support and maintenance and success tracking.</li>\n<li>Assist with the evaluation of business and technical requirements. Understand and communicate inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Support the definition, development and analysis of KPIs.</li>\n<li>Other duties as needed or assigned.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in Sales Operations, Compensation, or FPA a plus</li>\n<li>Strong analysis skills</li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of Excel&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Google Workspace</li>\n<li>Ability to get up to speed quickly, take initiative and critically analyze data, processes and procedures in a push toward constant improvement&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills</li>\n<li>The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and work under pressure&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Exhibit strong attention to detail&nbsp;</li>\n<li>A flexible &amp; solutions oriented demeanor&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to focus on a single project from start to finish</li>\n<li>Ability to use a high level of discretion</li>\n<li>Very strong work ethic with a team mentality</li>\n\n</div>"
