Join the team that powers the province and help advance Atura Power’s digital and AI‑enabled future.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a new position vacancy. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Function</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>The Manager, Applications, Digital and Data is responsible for the performance, delivery, and ongoing improvement of enterprise applications, digital initiatives, and data capabilities across Atura Power.</span></p>\n<p><span>This role ensures business systems are stable, secure, and aligned with operational needs, while advancing digital and data solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. It leads the prioritization and delivery of initiatives, supports governance and controls, and works closely with business teams to translate priorities into practical solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span>The role is accountable for outcomes, including system performance, project delivery, and adoption of digital and data capabilities, and works in coordination with the Cyber, Security and Infrastructure team to ensure secure and reliable platforms.</span></p>\n<p><span>The role operates in a Monday to Friday, 40‑hour work week and offers a competitive compensation package including health and dental benefits, performance incentives, and retirement contributions. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; Experience:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience managing enterprise applications in a complex or regulated environment.</span></li>\n<li>Process Automation Mastermind: Be able to orchestra the complete automation of processes, significantly accelerating processing and virtually eliminating manual errors across</li>\n<li><span>Experience leading IT or digital initiatives, deployments with accountability for delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span>Working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Power Platform, or similar)</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of IT controls, cybersecurity, and governance practices</span></li>\n<li>Tech-Savvy Documentation &amp; Knowledge Sharing: Be able to revitalize the internal knowledge base by developing clear, user-friendly documentation for key tools, enhancing accessibility and knowledge for essential tools.</li>\n<li><span>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Occasional travel to Atura Power locations across Ontario may be required (up to 20%);
