We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p>\n<p><strong>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</strong></p>\n<h2>Short Description</h2>\n<p><strong>GENERAL</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering.</li>\n <li>Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs.</li>\n <li>Design, validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate ability to implement and manage small to medium level projects.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot, research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.</li>\n <li>Assist with the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the successful project implementation of system updates and changes.</li>\n <li>Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DOCUMENTATION</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for keeping all documentation up to date.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>TESTING</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with business users and application team to design, build and execute a comprehensive integration and user acceptance test plan and scripts.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates.</li>\n <li>Accountable as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project Teams.</li>\n <li>Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SUPPORT</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides on-call support 24/7.</li>\n <li>Monitors queues, event logs and brokers and performs maintenance as required.</li>\n <li>Monitors interfaces with external systems16. Creates ad hoc reports per user specifications Scope, Purpose, and Frequency of Contacts: Frequent interaction with IT staff and end-users, including health system staff, management, or physicians.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<p>6-10 years' experience required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience with FDB or Medispan</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience with Omnicell or Pyxis</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pharmacy or clinical background </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Familiarity with med load and willow inpatient charging, including updates for hcpcs, medication costs and regulatory modifiers</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Decision Support experience a plus</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Strong technical and interpersonal skills</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Self-motivated and detail-oriented</p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<p>High School/GED required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree preferred.</p>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<p>Epic Willow Certification preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Certified Pharm Tech preferred not required</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable required.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $52.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $86.00",
