If so, our Rehab Team at <strong>St. Paul's Senior Living Community in Greenville, PA</strong> is seeking its next employee-owner team member.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>For this role, we can consider a part time status of 20-25 hours on average weekly.  The schedule can be flexible, 2-4 days per week, with one rotating weekend day or willingness to be available weekends to cover admissions.</li>\n <li>This position will qualify for a $3,000 Sign On Bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply! Symbria offers a robust Professional Mentorship Program for those starting out in their careers!</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT)</strong>, you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.</li>\n <li>Hold a valid state license.</li>\n <li>Ability to work weekdays on consistant basis - this is NOT a Casual PRN position </li>\n <li>It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why work for us?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We are a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
