Make sure these frameworks are well-aligned with financial resources such as capital, liquidity, balance sheet, as well as the Country Risk Framework and Business Risk Stress Testing Framework.

Solid foundation in statistics, econometrics, and modelling for risk.
Works independently with minimal supervision, reliably meets tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communicator; effective with stakeholders and senior leaders.
Consistently delivers high accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-motivated leader and collaborative team player, focused on achieving targets.
Proficient in problem analysis, solution delivery, and driving business process improvements.
