This position fills the need to have 24-hour monitoring staff on-site to assist staff, residents, guests and visitors. While on shift at the front desk, the Resident Coordinator’s primary focus is  to provide on-site monitoring, program enforcement and assistance for staff, residents, guests and visitors. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Major Duties & Responsibilities</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Staff the front desk to include answering the phone, authorizing access to clients and guests, and monitor the security of the building. Enforce CCS policies with residents, guests, and visitors.</li>\n <li>Conduct routine safety checks of all entry and exit points, ensuring emergency exits are properly used and secure.</li>\n <li>Ensure upkeep of all common areas by monitoring and addressing issues. Report issues related to appliances, plumbing, heating, or electrical systems to appropriate personnel.</li>\n <li>Monitor behavior, enforce facility rules, and maintain detailed documentation:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Log all visitors.</li>\n   <li>Record significant events in a professional and timely manner.</li>\n   <li>Model respectful, supportive interactions with residents.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment.</li>\n <li>Provide residents with information about on-site and public services.</li>\n <li>Report CCS program violations to the Program Supervisor and/or Community </li>\n <li>Respond appropriately to facility or resident-related emergencies.</li>\n <li>Accept and distribute messages and packages.</li>\n <li>Support case management team by reminding residents of scheduled appointments. Reinforce resident responsibility in maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.</li>\n <li>Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing as indicated on the cleaning tasks list. </li>\n <li>Conduct routine walkthroughs throughout the facility.</li>\n <li>Provide residents services and information</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass required background checks.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with individuals displaying a wide range of behaviors.</li>\n <li>Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.</li>\n <li>Ability to make sound, independent decisions without direct supervision.</li>\n <li>Proven reliability and dependability in work history.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to ensure adequate shift coverage.</li>\n <li>Commitment to a team-oriented, respectful workplace.</li>\n <li>Alignment with the mission and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and deliver culturally competent services.</li>\n</ul>",
