    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p>INTERIM DIRECTOR OF NURSING (RN)</p><p><br></p><p>Full-Time | Multi-State Travel Position</p><p><br></p><p>Are you an experienced Director of Nursing who thrives on leading teams through transitions, improving clinical outcomes, and providing operational stability? We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Director of Nursing (RN) to support Skilled Nursing Facilities across Ohio, Tennessee, and North Carolina.</p><p><br></p><p>This full-time float position is ideal for a seasoned nursing leader who enjoys variety, travel, and making an immediate impact. Assignments may last several weeks to several months before transitioning to the next facility based on organizational needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Serve as the Interim Director of Nursing for assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities</p><p>• Provide clinical leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational support during leadership transitions</p><p>• Ensure survey readiness and compliance with federal and state regulations</p><p>• Mentor and support nursing teams while driving quality outcomes</p><p>• Partner with facility leadership to improve clinical performance, staffing, and resident satisfaction</p><p>• Support facilities with Quality Measures, infection prevention, admissions, and clinical reimbursement initiatives</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications</strong></u></p><p>• Active RN license required</p><p><strong>• Must hold licensure (or be eligible through Nurse Licensure Compact) to practice in Ohio, Tennessee, and North Carolina</strong></p><p>• Minimum 5-7 years of recent Director of Nursing experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care</p><p>• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, Quality Measures, PDPM, and infection prevention</p><p>• Experience with ventilator programs and dementia care strongly preferred</p><p>• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays and extended assignments</p><p>• Must reside in Ohio, Tennessee, or North Carolina</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What We Offer</strong></u></p><p>• Competitive salary</p><p>• Travel reimbursement</p><p>• Comprehensive benefits package</p><p>• 401(k)&nbsp;</p><p>• Paid time off</p><p>• Opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple communities</p><p>If you are a results-driven nursing leader with a passion for clinical excellence and the flexibility to support facilities where needed most, we encourage you to apply today.</p>",
