Who We Need We're building the future of accounting and finance software at Rillet, and we need engineers who are hungry to grow and make an impact early. As a fullstack engineer on one of our product teams, you'll own real features from day one, working alongside our CTO, product, and design to build software that finance professionals actually love to use. We're an AI-native company, and we expect our engineers to bring that same mindset to how they work. We're looking for teammates within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day. What You'll Do Own features end-to-end across the full stack, from backend systems to the interfaces users interact with every day. Collaborate closely with product, design, and finance experts to shape what we build, not just how we build it. Ship high-quality software through continuous delivery, test-driven development, and a strong sense of ownership in production.
