The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise networking architecture, experience coordinating incident resolution, and familiarity with cloud and automation concepts.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u>: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate hardware, software, and other network-related problems to ensure availability and performance</li><li>Provide technical expertise for the performance and/or configuration of enclave networks and supporting systems</li><li>Perform general LAN/CAN/WAN administration and support, including:    <ul>      <li>Switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers</li>    </ul></li><li>Schedule, coordinate, and execute firmware upgrades and hardware migrations in accordance with change management practices</li><li>Coordinate with responsible users, system owners, and external organizations to drive timely resolution of network or system incidents</li><li>Support DNS services, including configuration and maintenance of BIND</li><li>Perform Linux-based operational and troubleshooting tasks using common command-line utilities</li><li>Support AWS cloud environment activities, with emphasis on EC2 and VPC fundamentals (connectivity, routing, and troubleshooting)</li><li>Contribute to operational efficiency through scripting and automation; Ansible experience is a plus</li></ul>",
