          "text": "<p>The position will manage complex environmental projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic environmental planning with a strong background in environmental science, engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in environmental assessments, permitting, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred experience includes but not limited to permitting, wetland delineations, stormwater evaluations, and CADD drafting.</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.</li><li>Project management, including budgeting and scheduling.</li><li>Manage environmental projects, including wetland delineations, permitting, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Phase I &amp; II ESAs, site remediation, and sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Interact and communicate effectively with fellow team members, clients, and agencies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, NEPA, CEQA, RCRA, CERCLA).</li><li>Draft figures and site plans via CADD software.</li><li>Perform environmental fieldwork including oversight of subcontractor.</li><li>Oversee data collection, sampling, and analysis for air, water, and soil quality.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory filings.</li><li>Mentor and train junior staff as appropriate.</li><li>Stay current with changes in environmental laws, policies, and best practices.</li><li>Support business development by identifying opportunities, writing proposals, and contributing to project bids.</li><li>Carry out job functions safely and in accordance with a Health and Safety Plan and/or industry standards.</li><li>Respond to inquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Work effectively and harmoniously in a culturally and ethnically diverse workforce.</li><li>Ability to read and understand civil engineering plans, maps, and specifications.</li><li>Perform mathematics such as algebra, geometry, and trigonometry used in field survey analysis.</li><li>Ability to explain, interpret, and teach policies, technical concepts, and designs.</li><li>Proficient with environmental modeling tools and computer software (GIS, field data processing, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software).</li><li>Manage projects and work with marketing to write proposals as needed</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education:</strong><br>\nBachelor’s Degree – Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field.<br>\nMaster’s Degree is preferred.</p><p><strong>Experience/Training:</strong><br>\n7+ years of relevant environmental experience, preferably in consulting, energy, or industrial sectors is preferred.</p><p><strong>REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATES/REGISTRATIONS</strong><br>\nValid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.<br>\nOSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification preferred.<br>\nProfessional certification (e.g., PE, PG, CHMM, QEP) is preferred.</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JOB</strong><br>\nIn accordance with OSHA and other federal workplace regulations, an Environmental Specialist is expected to complete the following duties:</p><p>I. In a standard workday, ranging from 8-12 hours in length, this job requires a combination of the physical ability to:<br>\n– Sit/stand up to 8 hours;<br>\n– Walk up to 4 hours; and<br>\n– Roundtrip travel up to 6 hours.</p><p>II.
