Don't worry, you can still find yourself in the game.</p>\n<h2>The Role</h2>\n<p>To assist Sr Manager, NC Facility Operations with facility maintenance and repair projects including carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing and installing or repairing locks.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform basic carpentry repairs including doors, cabinets, frameworks, and fixtures.</li>\n <li>Conduct light electrical maintenance including replacing ballasts, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.</li>\n <li>Perform basic plumbing repairs such as fixing minor leaks, clearing clogs, and replacing fixtures.</li>\n <li>Complete HVAC preventative maintenance tasks including filter changes and basic inspections.</li>\n <li>Perform painting, drywall patching, ceiling tile replacement, and other general repairs.</li>\n <li>Install and repair door hardware including locks, hinges, and closures.</li>\n <li>Respond to daily maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Conduct routine inspections and cleaning of storage, electrical, and mechanical rooms.</li>\n <li>Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment.</li>\n <li>Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist with facility setup and breakdown for campus events and activities.</li>\n <li>Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist with operating facility equipment such as lifts, forklifts, and golf carts when required.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>1–3 years of facilities maintenance or related experience preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Basic knowledge of general maintenance and building systems, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work at heights and around operational equipment when required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as required for maintenance tasks.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>High energy level and strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work a full-time schedule that may include nights and weekends.</p></li>\n <li><p>This position is designated as on-site at the Orlando, FL campus and requires the employee to be physically present to perform job duties.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2> At the USTA, we know people are our most important asset.
