It produces a feeling you can&rsquo;t quite describe but you never want to let go.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are seeking a polished and professional Member Services Representative to join our team!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Take reservations for dining, events, activities, kids programming, and other Club offerings</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Arrange transportation for Membership</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Provide concierge services</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Perform notary, printing, copying, and faxing services</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Confidently relay information about Club and Island operations</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Issue guest cards and Member credentials</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Conduct new Member orientations as needed</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Four-year college degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, Advertising or related fields</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Must have reliable transportation</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Previous hospitality, food &amp; beverage, or private club experience is strongly preferred</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Must enjoy working with a team</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Have a positive, &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; attitude</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">- Must be computer literate and have excellent telephone etiquette</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In person applications are welcome between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 253 Gardeners Circle Suite 210 Kiawah Island, SC 29455.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">*Benefits are available to full-time employees after a waiting period and include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, 401(k), Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Telehealth, Health/ Dependent care spending account, wellness program and generous paid time off including 12 vacation days, 6 sick days and 9 paid holidays per year.
