At American Career College, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion with the next generation of nurses.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will make an impact by:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overseeing the clinical instructor team within the Vocational Nursing Program to ensure high-quality clinical education and compliance with program standards.</li>\n <li>Responsible for hiring, onboarding and training clinical faculty, conducting site visits and observations, and supporting clinical instruction operations across assigned sites.</li>\n <li>Primarily working in the field, visiting clinical sites to ensure high-quality instruction and adherence to regulatory standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Your Experience Includes: </p>\n<p>Must meet one of the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>OPTION 1 (must align with Education for OPTION 1)\n  <ul>\n   <li>2 years nursing experience as a RN or LVN within the last 5 years.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>OPTION 2 (must align with Education for OPTION 2)\n  <ul>\n   <li>6 years nursing experience as LVN and RN combined or 6 years of either.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance and other regulatory standards such as BVNPT.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<p>Must meet one of the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>OPTION 1 (must align with Knowledge/Experience for OPTION 1 below)\n  <ul>\n   <li>Baccalaureate degree from accredited school recognized by DOE. Completion of a course or courses offered by an approved school with instruction in teaching; OR</li>\n   <li>CA teaching cert. Completion of a course or courses offered by an approved school with instruction in teaching; OR</li>\n   <li>Completion of at least a minimum of (1) year FT teaching experience in a state-accredited or approved registered nursing or vocational or practical nursing school within the last 5 years.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>OPTION 2 (must align with Knowledge/Experience for OPTION 2 below)\n  <ul>\n   <li>Meet community college or state university educational minimums (ADN) teaching requirements in CA.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Current active California license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN).</li>\n <li>May be required by our clinical partners and/or clinical sites to obtain certain vaccinations, vaccination boosters, drug screening tests, or comply with other prerequisites as mandated by them.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>CA Salary Range</h2>USD $98,454.61 - USD $142,710.62 /Yr.\n<h2>Bonus Eligible</h2>No\n<h2>ACC Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Do you want a career that allows you to make a difference in other people’s lives?
