This role has oversight of the Project Manager and is responsible for ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:   </p>\n<p><strong>Leadership, Strategic Management and Business Development</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High level of financial acumen to manage the preparation of strategic plans, budgets, reports, and financial forecasts</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, manage, direct the Project Managers and technical field teams at the program location </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Supplements the Business Development and Project Development Departments in identifying and developing new business opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in contacting, qualifying, and pursuing leads for new business opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares estimates and proposals as necessary for potential new work</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Creation and delivery of customer-facing business reviews on a recurring basis</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Program Oversight and Customer Relations</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures that the requirements of the contract and the customer are fulfilled</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Serves as the primary contact for the customer on issues related to the contract and the construction </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Enforces a strict safety program focused on accident prevention and maintaining a safe work environment for employees, subcontractors, visitors, and the general public, while adhering to compliance with the company’s safety policies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures all activities on the program protect company assets and adhere to company policies and procedures </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years in program or portfolio leadership positions within the government or construction security integration or mission-critical environments </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong financial acumen with a minimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational results financial metrics in a portfolio of projects </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing government projects, with larger-scale infrastructure, roadway work, or similar, involving access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and SCIF construction </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness and ability to travel to remote locations up to 75% </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven ability to collaborate across regions and stakeholders, leveraging results‑driven problem‑solving to balance client satisfaction and employee needs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with three (3) years of construction-based work experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, NISPOM, UL 2050, ICD 705, and other federal security directives </li>\n <li>Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Federal Project oversight </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 + 20% bonus potential + company vehicle + gas card</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days</li>\n <li>Vacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
