    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full technology ownership of the Max Production application, including roadmap, scalability, reliability, and cybersecurity.</li>\n <li>Lead SaaS/DaaS R&amp;D prioritization in partnership with internal teams and customer needs.</li>\n <li>Perform market research, including competitive analysis and benchmarking.</li>\n <li>Own SaaS/DaaS business model development including pricing, packaging, and recurring revenue strategy.</li>\n <li>Drive commercialization strategy and go-to-market planning.</li>\n <li>Develop and execute marketing plan aligned with digital growth objectives.</li>\n <li>Lead pricing strategy and execution with value-based frameworks.</li>\n <li>Oversee data science, predictive analytics, and optimization model development.</li>\n <li>Lead third-party technology evaluation, procurement and integration.</li>\n <li>Own enterprise data integration services strategy across multiple OEM platforms.</li>\n <li>Develop and publish technical papers and present at industry conferences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in production optimization, artificial lift, or digital oilfield technologies. ESP, Gas Lift and Rod Lift experience preferred.</li>\n <li>5+ years of SaaS or DaaS product leadership experience.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience owning full product lifecycle (technology + commercial).</li>\n <li>Strong financial acumen with P&amp;L and pricing experience.</li>\n <li>Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&amp;D, sales, and marketing.</li>\n</ul>",
