Our Equipment Sales Professionals work to provide collaborative solutions within an assigned territory, while promoting all aspects of Butler Machinery.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position covers the following counties: Parts of Grand Forks, Traill, and Nelson Counties</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position Perks:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Company vehicle benefit&ndash; <em>You will be provided a company vehicle that will include all payments, insurance, gas for all driving needs (work or personal), and repairs</em></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Company provided cell phone</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Guaranteed base salary, plus commissions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generous retirement plan with 10% guaranteed and up to 5% discretionary provided by the company annually once eligibility is met, with no minimum required contributions out of your pocket.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-Driven schedule</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Training and development opportunities&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Brands that you will represent include Fendt, Gleaner, Massey Ferguson, CAT, and more.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsibilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Introduce new customers to and promote Butler Machinery and its products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build and maintain strong personal relationships with customers focusing on long term mutual growth by becoming their primary point-of-contact at the dealership.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote and sell new and used Ag equipment as well as our rental equipment solutions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver and demonstrate equipment features/benefits and communicate their value to customers in the field or in a remote setting.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect and appraise potential equipment trade-ins.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide customers with real solutions to meet their needs based on your understanding of how our products and services bring value to their operation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide world class customer service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote Butler&rsquo;s product support offerings, including parts and service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build customer loyalty by following up on service or parts transactions, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in and contribute to training and obtain required vendor certifications as requested.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet with your coworkers and management to present and overcome obstacles, learn new skills and grow professionally.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate customer and equipment population information in our systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Completes and processes all documentation and paperwork.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be guided by Butler&rsquo;s mission statement and core values in everything you do.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Qualifications:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of agriculture industry and equipment.
