Our company culture is our top priority.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong><br><strong>Project Bidding</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop accurate estimates for construction projects from conceptual designs through to detailed project specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in pre-bidding decision-making processes, including reviewing preliminary designs, visiting sites, and collaborating with subcontractors during the bidding phase.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare internal cost estimates and review subcontractor proposals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate and analyze subcontractor bids to identify risks and qualified subcontractors for the project.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create cost summaries, including general conditions, insurance, taxes, and additional project-specific costs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform quantity takeoffs using on-screen takeoff software.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop project RFIs to clarify scope with owners/clients.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Present value engineering ideas to improve design and reduce costs.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Planning &amp;
