From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose: </strong>Financial Operations is an important and instrumental part of our operations since it serves as the function of client funds management. Our goal and mission are to ensure the very best customer experience through operational excellence and leveraging the abilities of our hard-working people on our service-oriented team. We work proactively in partnership with Sales, Client Services and Compliance teams to ensure customer transactions are done in a timely and accurate manner to ensure a positive client experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support back office operations in processing customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).</li>\n <li>Facilitate inbound and outbound payments (wire transfers, credit cards, e-checks, checks).</li>\n <li>Learn various banking systems to facilitate all functions of treasury operations.</li>\n <li>Help the firm manage risks associated with financial transactions.</li>\n <li>Keep team management informed of processing issues and red flags.</li>\n <li>Manage and fulfill internal projects or other individual tasks as delegated.</li>\n <li>Embrace our culture of continuous improvement by identifying and participating in areas of opportunity for improvement in our client treasury process</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Fluency in Mandarin required</strong> </li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work between 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work in office 4 days a week in office (1 day remote optional)</strong></li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in related field.</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment.</li>\n <li>Superior customer service skills</li>\n <li>Proven ability to effectively work among a solution driven team.</li>\n <li>Proven organizational and prioritization skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and be a proactive team player.</li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively & efficiently self-manage to meet deadlines and client SLA under pressure in a high-volume vigorous environment.</li>\n <li>Must have a strong passion to learn Financial Operations and Global Banking.</li>\n <li>Prior operational/back office, customer service or related experience a plus.</li>\n <li>Flexibility in schedule is a must</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This hybrid role in Warren, New Jersey offers compensation typical for entry-level positions in the region.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hiring Salary Range $40,000 - $43,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#LI-AR1</strong></p>",
