This role helps maintain a secure, clean, and organized entrance, creating a positive first impression, monitors lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access, and coordinates with program staff during member pick-up.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Our Mission:</em></strong><em> To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as caring, productive, responsible citizens.&nbsp;</em><br />\r\n<br />\r\n<strong>These are some of the additional things you will do as a Membership Aide:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<div>Monitor lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access to restricted or program areas and coordinate with program staff during member pick-up.</div>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<div>Assist the Membership Coordinator with accepting and processing member applications accurately and efficiently.</div>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<div>Provide information on Club programs to members, parents, visitors, and respond to phone inquiries.</div>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<div>Learn about programming requirements and objectives for the five core program areas.</div>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>In exchange, BGCTM offers extensive benefits:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Part-time employees are enrolled in <strong>Nivati</strong> - a free mental health and wellbeing program.</li>\r\n\t<li>When we say we nurture great connections and build great futures, we don&rsquo;t just mean for the students; as a member of BGCTM, you&rsquo;ll strengthen your future as well through annual <strong>tuition reimbursement</strong>.</li>\r\n\t<li>Plus, part-time employees are eligible for <strong>PTO</strong>.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Pay starts at $14.50 an hour.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>This is what your schedule would look like:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>This role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments or class schedules.</li>\r\n\t<li>Shift: 6:30 am - 8:30 am and 2:30 pm - 6 pm.
