    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to travel to Riverside.&nbsp;</h1><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Role and Responsibilities</h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and fabrication for the Stanton &amp; Riverside facilities. In addition, this role will be to collaborate with other Maintenance Managers in utilization of the CMMS system. This role combines hands-on expertise, with leadership and project management, to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of all machinery and equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong>The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with Plant / Production Managers to schedule and execute maintenance projects, including equipment relocation, layout optimization, and installations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee the installation of wiring and conduit, for new and existing equipment, including conveyors and programmable controllers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and ensure proper inventory levels for equipment, parts, and supplies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance records on the Llumin database, including inventory tracking and equipment logs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process and publish maintenance records, compiled from the Llumin database, drawing awareness to equipment that needs attention.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote a safe and clean working environment by adhering to and enforcing company safety policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related maintenance goals and supporting production objectives.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</strong><strong><br>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 24.5px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with various machinery and controls.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of electrical motor control systems and components.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role, with previous leadership experience preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and working in various environments for extended periods.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or advanced training preferred.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;PREFERRED</strong><strong>&nbsp;SKILLS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with project management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective communication and team leadership abilities.</li></ul><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Additional Notes</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Satisfactory pre-employment physical and drug tests are required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">After 30 days of employment, employees are eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
