    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">IT Business Analyst (CT or East Coast - USA)</span></span><br><br>We are looking to hire a candidate with the mentioned skill sets and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 8+ month contracting role, with potential for extension. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidates on the East Coast highly preferred.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Summary:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Under our FSD Integration project/program, this is for the Loftware Label solution implementation for Print-on-Demand and Artwork Design functionality. Priority is for label templates to be migrated (and re-created as needed) from multiple existing systems across 8+ sites to new single TF Loftware system (SaaS) for Print-On-Demand, which will be done in phases.</p>\n<p>Additionally, the Loftware SmartFlow functionality may be in scope to manage artwork design changes and approvals; this is not finalized to be in scope yet. This solution would also include integration to various data sources (SQL DB, ERP, PLM) for relevant label templates and content in a later phase of the project.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Business Analyst will support the end-to-end implementation of the Loftware Enterprise Cloud labeling solution as part of the FSD Integration project. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and the implementation team to ensure successful delivery of Print-on-Demand labeling (and SmartFlow artwork management capabilities) across multiple sites.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">- Requirements Elicitation &amp; Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead discovery sessions with business SME and site stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) as needed to gather/align business and functional requirements.</li>\n<li>Document current-state (“as-is”) labeling processes across 8+ sites, including systems, workflows, and data dependencies.</li>\n<li>Define/document future-state (“to-be”) processes aligned with Loftware capabilities, including Print-on-Demand and SmartFlow workflows.</li>\n<li>Produce high-quality deliverables: BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">- Template Migration &amp; Standardization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze existing label templates across legacy systems.</li>\n<li>Work with business SME to define template rationalization and standardization approach.</li>\n<li>Support mapping and recreation of templates within Loftware.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements during migration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">- Integration Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with technical teams (vendors) to define integration requirements between Loftware and upstream systems (ERP, PLM, SQL databases).</li>\n<li>Document data flows, field mappings, and business rules governing label content.</li>\n<li>Support validation of data integrity and traceability.</li>\n<li>SmartFlow (Artwork &amp; Approval Workflow) Enablement, if applicable</li>\n<li>Gather and document requirements for artwork design, change control, and approval workflows.</li>\n<li>Define user roles, permissions, and approval hierarchies within SmartFlow.</li>\n<li>Align workflows with existing quality and regulatory processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">- Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Alignment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as primary liaison alongside business lead/SME between business users and technical teams.</li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums.</li>\n<li>Manage requirement signoffs and maintain traceability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">- Testing &amp; Validation Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and support execution of test strategies (UAT).</li>\n<li>Work with business SME and site stakeholders to create test scenarios and ensure coverage of business-critical workflows.</li>\n<li>Coordinate defect tracking and resolution with implementation partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">- Change Management &amp; Deployment Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support impact assessments and readiness activities across sites.</li>\n<li>Assist with training material development and user adoption.</li>\n<li>Provide go-live and hypercare support.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Qualifications:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in labeling solutions (direct experience with Loftware Enterprise Cloud preferred; NiceLabel or similar acceptable).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Understanding of Print-on-Demand:</span> labeling and enterprise labeling architectures.</li>\n<li>Experience with artwork management and approval workflows (SmartFlow or similar systems).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., pharma, biotech, medical devices) and GxP considerations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Analysis Capabilities: </span>proven ability to lead requirements gathering across multiple sites and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Strong skills in process mapping (as-is/to-be), gap analysis, and standardization.</li>\n<li>Experience with template migration or system consolidation initiatives.</li>\n<li>Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and experience working in cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical &amp; Integration Knowledge:</span> understanding of system integrations involving ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, and databases.</li>\n<li>Experience defining data models, mappings, and business rules.</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and developers on integration design.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Delivery Skills:</span> experience working in large-scale, multi-site implementations.</li>\n<li>Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting UAT and release cycles.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools &amp;
