    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span></p><p><span>OPEX Corporation is currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Installation Manager to oversee the successful deployment of advanced automated storage, retrieval, and conveying systems.&nbsp; This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll play a critical part in bringing complex systems to life from early planning through installation, commissioning, and full operational handoff.&nbsp;We’re looking for a confident leader who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.&nbsp; This remote position requires 50% travel both domestically and internationally.</span></p><p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Oversee installation, commissioning, integration, and final system handoff to ensure successful project completion.</span></li><li><span>Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.</span></li><li><span>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall installation processes.</span></li><li><span>Work closely with engineering, project coordinators, installation teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and efficiency.</span></li><li><span>Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing expert guidance and support throughout the lifecycle of each project.</span></li><li><span>Plan and allocate labor, materials, and equipment needed for successful installation and execution.</span></li><li><span>Perform site surveys to evaluate feasibility, identify risks, and proactively solve challenges before installation begins.</span></li><li><span>Visit and support active installation sites, ensuring high-quality execution and resolving issues in real time.</span></li><li><span>Ensure smooth ramp-up into production and successful handoff to service teams.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Proven experience managing installations in material handling, conveying, or industrial automation environments</span></li><li><span>Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods</span></li><li><span>Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget</span></li><li><span>Technical understanding of automated systems and electromechanical equipment is strongly preferred</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, including remote personnel</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</span></li><li><span>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Work Environment:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Working on a job site during active installations of advanced automated systems</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Salary Range:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>$75,000-$80,000/yr, depending on experience and qualifications&nbsp;</span></li></ul>",
