Directly manages aspects of Hotel Operations to include but not limited to check-in and checkout, reservation, bell stand, valet parking operations and housekeeping services. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that guest service meets or exceeds guest expectations throughout the company. The Assistant General Manager will also assist with revenue management by managing rates and inventory for transient segments in line with company revenue goals. Three to five years of related experience in a hotel setting required. Prior experience with Infor HMS, Revinate, Duetto, and/or SynXis highly desirable.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking to hire an Assistant General Manager that is a hardworking team player with a sincere desire to serve, a great attitude, and a commitment to hospitality. We want managers who inspire those they lead and work with, genuinely care, and strive to ensure the success of the company every day.
