Ensures maximum cost effectiveness and reliability of processes that utilize flow test systems. Improve current flow test systems, ensuring that products and processes meet customer quality requirements. Calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain all flow stands.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Responsible for all electrical upgrades and equipment installs along with facility moves.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with 120v/208v/480v/4800v systems which will include high voltage PM&rsquo;s on all main power panels, install of 480v electrical systems on new equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment; includes all hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic, servo controlled and computer-based systems.</li><li>Evaluates current flow test system issues on the floor by conducting process analysis, applying knowledge of system design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, conferring with suppliers, and soliciting observations from operators/production technicians.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production.</li><li>Perform electromechanical skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.</li><li>Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.</li><li>Work with PLC&rsquo;s, Drives, DCS systems, Control Logic and other basic electrical components.</li><li>Document work in an automated work order system.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Two Year Technical Degree or 7-10 years of related experience desired with 480v electrical systems.</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of liquid and air flow test system principles and concepts and general business operations.</li><li>Possesses interpersonal skills suitable for frequent interface with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate and present information to team members, team leaders, and top management.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing industry networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and/or participating in professional associations.</li><li>Interfaces with multi-disciplined teams to improve and implement new flow test system technologies.</li><li>Creative, self-lead individual who demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and is able to give technical instructions to other facets of the business.</li><li>Ability to lead and mentor other technicians.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals and policies and recommend changes to procedures.</li></ul><p>Due to the Company&rsquo;s military contractor status, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident of the United States and must provide evidence of citizenship or immigration status upon applying for the position.&nbsp;</p><p>Advanced Atomization Technologies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state or local laws.
