font-size: 12pt\">Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports; support the professional development of HSE Supervisors and Coordinators.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary HSE point of contact with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, and other regulatory bodies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee compliance and due diligence across all regional projects; font-size: 12pt\">Manage and oversee the Salus Pro platform at the regional level, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the development and revision of corporate HSE policies, programs, and training materials.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; Safety Committees (JHSCs) and Worker Trade Committees (WTCs) across Ontario.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Engage with senior project management, general superintendents, and project directors on HSE planning and risk management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HSE experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.</li>\n<li>Degree or diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health &amp; Safety Act (OHSA), Construction Regulation (O.
