The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, working well with team members, and assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager as needed.<br><br>Customer Service & Sales<br>・Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner<br>・Understand customer prescriptions and needs to recommend suitable lenses, frames, and features<br>・Help customers select, order, fit, and adjust eyewear<br>・Take basic facial measurements (such as pupillary distance and frame size) under supervision<br>・Explain prices, warranties, return policies, and proper eyewear care<br>・Handle payments, sales, returns, and cashier duties<br>・Respond politely and honestly to customer questions or complaints<br><br>Store & Team Support<br>・Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment<br>・Arrange eyewear displays according to company standards<br>・Receive, check, and organize inventory shipments<br>・Keep accurate customer and sales records following privacy rules<br>・Attend staff meetings and required training sessions<br>・Work positively with coworkers and management<br><br>Technical Support (with supervision)<br>・Adjust and fit eyeglasses using tools and heating equipment<br>・Assemble eyeglasses by cutting and fitting lenses into frames<br>・Assist with eye exam equipment and basic computer systems when needed<br><br>Optional / Additional Duties<br>・Answer customer emails or phone calls when requested<br>・Help organize inventory in storage areas<br>・Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors<br><br><u><strong>▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:</strong></u><br>Qualifications<br>Education<br>・High school diploma or GED required<br><br>Experience<br>・No experience required<br>・Sales or cashier experience is a plus<br><br>Skills & Abilities<br>・Strong customer service skills<br>・Good communication and listening skills<br><br>Basic math skills<br>・Ability to learn through training<br>・Teamwork and positive attitude<br>・Time management and problem-solving skills<br>・Manual dexterity and attention to detail<br>・Comfortable using computers and basic office systems",
