Visit www.gscf.com to learn more.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Senior Accountant will support the CCS Controller in managing the end-to-end accounting for the CCS entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in executing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining internal controls, and partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Treasury, and IT.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is primarily remote. However, candidates located within the NYC area will be expected to attend the office at least two days per week, in line with company policy.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How You Will Make an Impact:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own month-end close processes for CCS entities, including reconciliations and variance analysis</li>\n<li>Support accounting for purchased receivables, including settlements, collections activity, and related balance sheet accounts</li>\n<li>Assist with preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring completeness and accuracy</li>\n<li>Support internal control execution and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements</li>\n<li>Assist with external audits and financial reporting deliverables, providing clear and well-organized support</li>\n<li>Partner with Operations and IT to improve data integrity and automate workflows between the factoring platform and accounting system</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Team:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s in accounting (CPA preferred)</li>\n<li>4+ years of accounting experience</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Experience with process improvement and systems implementation</li>\n<li>Background in factoring, asset-based lending, or financial services (preferred)</li>\n<li>Fund Accounting experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment owned by PE or VC (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation Package:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and employee performance.
