Duties: Attend scheduled appointments and participate in weekly team meetings. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Provide accurate on-site quotes and assist with installations. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Design personalized landscapes and ensure contracts are handled efficiently. Flexibility to work from home or the office. Ideal Qualifications: HIS Licensed (highly preferred in CA). Experience in artificial turf or landscaping is preferred. Excellent communication skills and punctuality. At least 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in Home Services. Experience with Service Titan is preferred. Highly organized with the ability to manage a full calendar. Access to reliable transportation. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive commission structures with earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $250,000+ per year.
