Communicates with Director and other faculty, as appropriate about student needs, concerns and progress.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>SON Instructor- BSN Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing required. Master&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing preferred.</li><li>Graduate for an accredited school of nursing program and/or postsecondary master&rsquo;s degree in nursing program (preferred)- Must enroll into a master&rsquo;s degree in nursing within 1 year of hire.BLS/CPR upon hire or obtain prior to patient care.</li><li>Current Arkansas Registered Nurse Licensure.</li><li>This is a safety sensitive position. *</li></ul><ul><li><strong><em>Minimum Requirements</em></strong>:<ol><li>Adequate verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, patients, families, and faculty</li><li>Capacity to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals</li><li>Basic flexibility to adapt to changes in school and student needs.</li><li>3 years of clinical experience, particularly in an acute care setting</li></ol></li><li><strong><em>Preferred Requirements:</em></strong><ol><li>Previous teaching or precepting experience in academic or clinical setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of nursing education standards, accreditation requirements, and curriculum development</li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks: your health and happiness matters!
