The recruitment process will include a pre-employment physical and drug screen.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Laborer</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A pre-employment physical and drug screen are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Load/unload materials to be used</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build/dismantle bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Running a variety of hand and power tools or tend equipment and machines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or other workers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Aid craftworkers with their tasks</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Working outdoors in all weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Working at heights with the use of mobile equipment and ladders carrying up to 30 lbs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Often required to stand, use hands to hold hand and power tools, handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear.
