    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The Analyst - Post Closing is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining loan documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across operational systems. This role supports internal and external stakeholders by executing defined processes, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to a high quality servicing and closing operation. The analyst works independently with guidance, applying attention to detail and sound judgment to meet operational and compliance.<br></span></p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">The People You Will Work With<br></span></strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The position will report directly to the Senior Manager - Servicing and Closing and will directly liaison with other members of the Operations team as well as Loan Accounting, Underwriting, Relationship Managers, Business Development, and Legal departments.<br></span></p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">Where and When You Will Work<br></span></strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The position will be based in the Farmer Mac Johnston, Iowa, location. Core business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Central. Work outside of these times may be needed for planned and unplanned activities and to complete time sensitive projects.<br></span></p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">Primary Responsibilities and Duties<br></span></strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Review loan documents and data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Perform data entry and validation within company systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Prepare, manage, and maintain loan documentation and supporting files.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Follow defined operational processes and make basic adjustments to meet service‑level and quality standards.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Maintain organized records and ensure document retention requirements are met.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate appropriately.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Support operational compliance activities and audits as required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Provide positive, professional experience for internal clients through timely and courteous communication.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">Desired Skills and Qualifications<br></span></strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Working knowledge of agricultural lending products.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Knowledge of land surveys, legal descriptions, and title insurance specific to agricultural properties.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Strong attention to detail and organization skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Ability to manage multiple deadlines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Proficiency with loan systems and documentation tools.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(40, 50, 78);\">Education and Experience<br></span></strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree plus 2 years of commercial or agricultural mortgage closing experience, legal assistant/paralegal experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<br></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Our compensation philosophy is targeted pay positioning relative to peers, our industry, and external markets.
