Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-5p Job Duties: &bull; Looking up parts for service technicians, service advisors and sales advisors &bull; Receiving parts from manufacturer and outside vendors, unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves when needed &bull; Mirror match new parts with old parts for any discrepancy. &bull; Retain Supplement parts that need to be processed. &bull; Scrapping Supplement parts not needed or after insurance inspection is complete. &bull; Control and maintain all inventory. &bull; ETC. Requirements: &bull; Automotive dealer parts experience is preferred. &bull; Strong communication skills, especially over the phone. &bull; Ability to work well in a fast-paced multitasking environment. &bull; Self-motivated and results driven with a positive team-player attitude. &bull; Must enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations. &bull; Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. &bull; ROME SOFTWARE knowledge is a plus but not required.
