We have an in-house Architectural Finishes &amp; Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator at our Pittsburgh office</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do: </span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and monitor servers, virtualization platforms, and core infrastructure</li>\n<li>Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity/security controls</li>\n<li>Support firewalls, switches, wireless, and site-to-site connectivity</li>\n<li>Oversee monitoring systems, backup validation, and disaster recovery readiness</li>\n<li>Provide Tier 3 support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to Helpdesk staff</li>\n<li>Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need to be successful: </span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of systems/infrastructure admin experience</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID/M365</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of networking infrastructure</li>\n<li>Experience with virtua lization (VMware/Hyper-V) and change management</li>\n<li>Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments</li>\n<li>Experience in midsize enterprise environments preferred</li>\n<li>Knowledge of backup/monitoring/DR tools, security collaboration, and PowerShell</li>\n</ul>\n<p>    automation preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
