Lead the Poultry sales and technical team, sales process, and customer interactions to ensure customer value and profitability for our Novus Specialty across the U.S. This role is Accountable for the development and execution of the sales plan via their direct sales team, distributors and agents in the assigned region, and the optimal deployment of the business footprint for effective reach and delivery of solutions to key target customers.
