From sealing massive concrete panels to ensuring long-lasting weather protection, your work is the finishing touch that keeps our buildings strong, durable, and looking their best. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed craftsmanship, and thrives as part of a team that builds big things together.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking candidates with construction experience to perform a variety of physically intensive duties including lifting, bending, kneeling, working from heights, using hand/power tools, and being on your feet for long periods of time.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(155, 174, 136); font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and finish precast concrete joints, seams, and panel edges, including mixing and applying grout as required</li>\n<li>Apply caulking/sealants to joints, seams and connections of precast panels</li>\n<li>Inspect completed joints for imperfections (such as gaps or bubbles) and correct as needed</li>\n<li>Patch and repair damaged panels to maintain quality standards</li>\n<li>Operate grinder, power tools, and equipment such as lifts, scaffolding, or ladders safely to reach elevated work areas</li>\n<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in clean, working condition</li>\n<li>Perform a variety of tasks that support the overall progress of the build</li>\n<li>Work independently or collaborate effectively within a crew of 3-5 team members on the construction site</li>\n<li>Take direction and collaborate with your foreman or supervisor</li>\n<li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(155, 174, 136); font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the final hiring process</li>\n<li>Valid Standard First Aid, Aerial Work Platform, and Fall Protection</li>\n<li>Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday</li>\n<li>Minimum 44 - 50 hours per week</li>\n<li>Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Must have an eye for detail, color matching, and a creative mindset</li>\n<li>Ability to work at heights with proper safety restraints</li>\n<li>Proficient English communication skills to receive and relay information to and from crew members, foremen, and supervisors</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(155, 174, 136); font-weight: bold\">Assets</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in concrete grouting, patching, and caulking</li>\n<li>Experience using small equipment |Ex: skid steer, zoom boom, and aerial work platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(155, 174, 136); font-weight: bold\">What Eagle Builders Offers</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Growth: </span>Access to personality and behavior assessments to optimize individual and team success.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Comprehensive Benefits: </span>9.6% vacation pay plus statutory holiday pay, extensive health coverage and wellness support.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work-Life Integration: </span>At Eagle Builders, family is at the heart of everything we do.
