We currently have 3 operational autism clinics with another one under construction and an aggressive growth strategy that incorporates 50+ new clinic openings in the next 3-5 years. This is an opportunity for the right ambitious candidate to get in on the ground floor and help build out a company that will help tens of thousands of clients in medical practices across the United States. By leveraging our current behavioral healthcare infrastructure along with our dedicated team, ABA Centers of America will be a leading provider of best-in-class ABA therapy to Persons with Autism all over the United States.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.5; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); margin: 0px 0px 0.75rem;\">We will be launching a 70 week BCBA apprentice program starting this September. font-weight: 700;\">Responsibilities:</b></p><ul style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin-bottom: 0.625rem !important;\"><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Design, implement, and systematically monitor skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Assist the BCBA by researching the literature related to 2-3 specific learners&rsquo; programs</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Assist the BCBA by conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Assist the BCBA by writing objectives to be tested for initial assessments and assisting with initial assessments in any other way needed</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Analyze and summarize results of assessments and graphs results as needed</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Write 6-month progress reports with supervision and guidance by the BCBA</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Train and design behavioral systems and performance management for technicians</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Conduct naturalistic observations of learners as directed by the BCBA</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Provide staff and caregiver training</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Meet with the supervising BCBA at least once per week to discuss learner progress and behavior analytic tasks that must be completed for each learner</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Facilitate one team meeting for a learner every other week, with supervision and feedback from BCBA</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Conduct approximately one learner observation per week by giving feedback and instruction to technicians with supervision and feedback from BCBA</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Write monthly goals for learners as directed by the BCBA</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Create weekly acquisition sheets and update throughout the week as needed</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Test the learners for skill generalization</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Assist with the implementation of an assigned learner&rsquo;s behavior deceleration plan as needed</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit;
