This will be a hybrid position located at our headquarters location in Tigard.</span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><br><br></span><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Primary duties:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">This position provides support to the manager to assist in continuity and performance of department operations and maximize staff productivity and success. The Assistant Manager serves as a subject matter expert for on-the-job training, operational, technical, service and business process monitoring and support. Reviews department work product for completeness, accuracy and compliance with program guidelines, Federal and State laws and regulations, Credit Union policies and procedures.
