Supports data collection and program evaluation process for operating companies. Assists procurement and legal in securing corporate contractor agreements and general operating T&amp;Cs. Job Description<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>Job Description</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><b><span>What You&#39;ll Do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Assists in developing and evaluating submitted detailed RFI/RFQ/RFP documents to prospective third-party contractors.</span></p></li><li><p>Supports program promotion strategies, data collection procedures/forms, Measurement and Verification (M&amp;V) requirements, cost tracking procedures, and required internal and external training guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Assists to ensure successful programs are implemented to help achieve the Company&#39;s overall EE &amp; Consumer Programs goals and objective.</p></li><li><p>Effectively works with other operating company and AEP staff, legal, operating company regulatory staff, integrated resource planning, regulatory pricing and analysis, and public policy to ensure understanding of program processes and mutual agreement of overall strategies.</p></li><li><p>Provides technical and financial evaluation of EE &amp; Consumer Program proposals.</p></li><li><p>Supports the review of proposals submitted by third-party contractors to ensure adherence to stated program guidelines, goals, and objectives and makes recommendations to the EE &amp; Consumer Programs Manager as to the most effective program implementation and evaluation strategies.</p></li><li><p>Helps to identify discrepancies with contractor proposals and/or clarification of overall program process, implementation procedures, costs, etc.</p></li><li><p>Provides support for M&amp;V activities and assists in program implementation and data collection.</p></li><li><p>Supports EE &amp; Consumer Programs activities with appropriate other functions within AEP.</p></li><li><p>Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of EE &amp; Consumer Programs-related activities in all functional areas and the interrelationships among them.</p></li><li><p>Participates in regular communication with EE &amp; Consumer Programs Manager, AEP, and operating company organizational units to ensure understanding of expected deliverables, timetables, successes, needed process improvement, and overall roles and responsibilities. Distributes feedback from internal and external organizations to appropriate AEP and operating company personnel.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You&#39;ll Have:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Education requirements are listed below: </b></p><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree in business, engineering, applied sciences, agriculture, or IT.</p><p></p><p><b>Work Experience requirements listed below: </b></p><p>Minimum of two years&#39; experience in energy efficiency OR consumer programs.</p><p></p><p><b>OTHER REQUIREMENTS: </b></p><p>Physical demand level is Sedentary</p><p>1.
