    "description_html": "<p>Tague Lumber is hiring a full-time skilled Painter to paint interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of Tague buildings, primarily located in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position will travel to different locations throughout the week. The successful candidate will be able to select the right material for the job, and have experience painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time day position, Monday through Friday. Occasionally Saturday work may be required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</p><p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul><li>Travel to Tague facilities and communicate with managers to determine painting requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a color palette including specific colors to be used for different items at each location.</li><li>Cover trim, floors, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths, and other protective coverings to keep them free of paint.</li><li>Prepare surfaces to be painted&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare surfaces to be painted.&nbsp; other finishes to job specifications..</li><li>Precisely apply paint, stain, and other finishes to paint surfaces using the appropriate tools.</li><li>Perform basic carpentry work, such as preparing walls and other surfaces through sanding, taping off outlets, repairing cracks, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain an inventory of supplies like paint brushes, rollers, and tarps.</li><li>Comply with chemical and waste storage and disposal regulations and best practices.</li><li>Build scaffolding according to safety regulations.</li><li>Maintains a clean work area.</li></ul><p>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</p><ul><li>3+ years of commercial/residential painting experience both interior and exterior.</li><li>Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Tague’s minimal MVR standards.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Medical Card for driving commercial vehicles.</li><li>Obtain certification to work on a scissor lift. Tague will provide the necessary training.</li><li>Ability to paint with precision.</li><li>Ability to perform basic carpentry work.</li><li>A keen eye for detail.</li><li>Experience with moving jobs forward with little directions from other.</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.</li></ul><p>Work Environment</p><p>Requires work inside and outside of buildings, frequent heavy lifting required.</p>",
